HIL Testing for Motor Controller with Simulink Real-Time and Speedgoat

In the presentation, the presenter will demonstrate how to use FPGA to perform real-time simulation of FEM-based motor models while capturing power electronics switching events. This talk describes a system-level model of motor and inverter deployed to run at a rate of 1 MHz on an FPGA using HDL Coder combined with Simulink Real-Time and Speedgoat hardware.
